Supporting Others
We are both deeply passionate about supporting other women through their breast cancer journeys and beyond. Having faced the emotional and physical challenges of the disease ourselves, we understand the importance of compassion, understanding, and a strong support network. Our shared experiences have inspired us to create a space where we can offer encouragement, resources, and a listening ear to those navigating similar paths. We believe in empowering women to find strength and resilience, not only during treatment but also in the years that follow.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. I am a mum to 3 gorgeous girls and am passionate about highlighting medical menopause as a result of cancer treatment. You can normally find me talking about hot flushes and finding your glow in menopause!
